A welcome dinner party was held on October 16 to celebrate the launching of the program. XIA Guangzhi, Vice-Director of Tsinghua University International Cooperation and Exchange Office, Freeman Chair Professor LI Daokui, Head of SEM Department of Finance, Professor XUE Lei, SEM Executive Education Director, LIN Xiangcai, Malaysian Deputy Minister of Finance all attended the dinner. In the event, Professor LI Daokui introduced to the program participants China’s macro-economic situation and then answered some concerned questions from the audience.
