◢ Introduction
The China Research Center for Enterprise M&A and Development, School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University was established in 2016. Adhering to the mission of “creating knowledge, cultivating leaders, contributing to China, and influencing the world”, it aims to promote China’s industrial upgrading and the cultivation of emerging industries through in-depth research in the fields of enterprise growth, mergers and acquisitions, produce world-class research results based on the practice of Chinese enterprises, and provide theoretical basis for the formulation of relevant national policies.
